The Imperial Blue soundtrack has a variety of styles and moods, taking the listener on a journey around the world – just like the film itself. The mood music of Albert Ssempeke and David Bryceland will appeal to lovers of Drone, Dark Ambient, Psychedelic and African Traditional music, before we move into banging Reggae and Hip Hop from the UK and Uganda, and even a fierce Industrial Techno assault from British experimentalist The Wirebug. Many of the tracks contain glimmers of dialogue from the film, making this album a cinematic head-trip in its own right.
